Daniel Corbett (General Manager) has been working for the Hotel Group for the last 6 years and is in his 3rd year as General Manager of The Summerhill House Hotel.  Daniel is very active with Weddings and is available to discuss details.

Orla Coogan (Assistant Manager) has been working at the Hotel for 19 years, and runs the Banqueting side.  Orla has a vast amount of weddings experience, and is always available to discuss details with you.

Paul Murphy has held this position of Head Chef for the last 10 years and has an outstanding reputation for exceptional food at the Summerhill House Hotel.  Paul is always keen to source fresh local produce and the very best ingredients.  Paul is always open to new ideas or menu options and is available to discuss these with you if required.
